Verve Pipe Appearing At Austin City Limits Festival
The Verve Pipe returned last year with an album that you probably would have expected from a band like They Might Be Giants‘ A Family Album. That’s right, the band released their first children’s album. The now six piece band is getting back to their rock roots, performing at this year’s Austin City Limits Festival! There has also been talk of a new rock album in the works.
The line up has been officially announced and includes headlining performances by The Flaming Lips, The Eagles, Muse, Phish, The Strokes and M.I.A. The three-day festival takes place October 8-10th, on 46 acres of green oasis: the Zilker Park in Austin, TX. Festival go-ers can experience 130 plus artists from across the globe, the best of local eats and wears, fun for the kids, and the latest in eco-friendly and green happenings.
